Relevant Experience:
I am a trained professional in preparing business valuation and performing forensic accounting. My experience covers valuations for matrimonial settlements, estate tax purposes, gift planning, shareholder disputes, and buy/sell agreements.
I have extensive experience in accounting and auditing both public and privately-held companies, including manufacturing, wholesale and retail distribution, professional service organizations, and not-for-profit organizations. In addition, I also have previous accounting experience in the private sector.
Professional Activities:
I am a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the New York State Society of CPAs, where I serve on the Suffolk Chapter’s Executive Board as President-Elect (2011/12), and Chairperson for the Cooperation with Attorneys Committee. I have previously served as a member of the Accounting and Auditing Committee and Chairperson of the Young CPA Committee.
In addition, I am a Co-Founder and former President of the Accountants-Attorney Networking Group and was named among the “40 Under 40” up-and-comers in business, by the Long Island Business News in 2004.
Other Affiliations:
I am active in the community, serving as the President of the Suffolk Christian League, coaching my boys athletic teams and volunteering for various charities.
