Zach is a CPA with over 10 years of experience in Accounting, Finance and Operations. He has worked in public accounting, private equity and the tech startup space, in the fields of Cannabis, Real Estate, Not-For-Profit, Healthcare Tech, FinTech, Fitness Tech and Social Media. He has served as Controller, Auditor and Director of Finance & Operations, and is currently Managing Member of a Technology Incubator, CH3 Ventures, and Senior Manager (Cannabis and Real Estate Groups) at Janover LLC. He is a stakeholder in several cannabis and non-cannabis companies across multiple vertices including technology, human resources and consumer product goods. He sits on the Technology Assurance Committee and is the Chair of the Cannabis Industry Committee for the NYSSCPA. He got his BS in Accounting from Binghamton University.
