Jack Vivinetto, CPA, is the Chief Financial Officer of Sugar Foods Corporation, a privately held food company. Under his 30 years of financial leadership, the company has successfully expanded from a domestic to a multinational food manufacturer, in which sales have grown from $40 million to $600 million.
He volunteered and served from 1999–2010 in various capacities at the Museum of Arts and Design, including as a member of the Executive Board of Trustees, Treasurer, and Chair of the Finance Committee. His long-term financial and strategic planning helped drive the museum’s opening and capital expansion plans to build a world-class institution at Columbus Circle.
He is a Trustee to a Private Family Foundation where he is responsible for tax compliance and investment decisions.
He is an active member of the NYSSCPA, serving as Chair of Chief Financial Officers Committee as well as a member of the Family Office Committee,Taxation of Individuals, Employee Benefits, and other Committees. He started his career as an Auditor at Arthur Young & Company, where he became a CPA. He is a graduate of Queens College, where he earned a BA in Accounting, and St. John’s University, where he earned an MBA in Taxation.
